Dynamometer Equipment

A device for measuring mechanical power, as a balance especially measures the output or driving torque of a rotating machine. A dynamometer can be also used to determine the torque and power required to operate a driven machine such as a pump. For that purpose, a motoring or driving dynamometer is used. In a number of roles dynamometer are utilized in addition to being used to determine the torque or power characteristics of a machine.
